The wick rule: each wick covers a 5 cm radius. A 10 cm bowl needs 1 wick, a 20 cm centrepiece needs 3. Always plant the wick deep, all the way to the bottom.

Yes, that’s the point. Lift out the cooled wax cap, break it up in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, and pour it again like fresh pearls. The wax was designed to melt evenly even when crushed.

Completely normal, that’s how the refresh works. The melted pearls form a thin cap around the spent wick. Once cooled, lift it out in one piece, top up with fresh pearls, and you have a brand-new candle.

Yes. Pearls layer beautifully: pour two colours in stripes or blend them for a speckled glow. Scents are added per burn with our oils, so every refresh can be a new mood.
