Scent-free by design: the classic pearls are unscented. Want fragrance? Add a few drops of our Scented Oils around the wick before lighting, you choose the mood, room by room.

Questions about your Halloween pack
Which oil should I pick? +
Pumpkin is roasted and softly spiced, maple is sweet and golden, cinnamon is warm spice. The pearls are unscented, so the oil sets the mood of the room.
Does it include a vessel? +
No. Pour the pearls into any heat-resistant vessel at least 10 cm wide: a bowl, a jar, a ceramic pot. If you want a Halloween one, the Skull and Pumpkin Vessels are sold on their own.
What are the wooden wicks for? +
A wider flame and the soft crackle of a fire. Stand one in the pearls so about a centimetre shows, and hold the flame to its edge for a few seconds to light it.
Is the edition really limited? +
Yes. Orange and Purple are the limited editions of this Halloween drop, each in its own collector box. When they are gone, they are gone for the year.
The wax hardened into a block. Is that normal? +
Yes. Once the pearls melt and cool, they set into a single block. That's the wax doing its job. Lift out the wax cap, top up with fresh pearls and add a new wick.
How many wicks should I use? +
One wick per 5 cm of radius. A small glass takes one, a wide bowl takes three. Too few and the wax tunnels; too many and it burns fast.
Can I really use any container? +
Any heat-resistant vessel: glass, ceramic, metal, stone, at least 10 cm wide. A skull, a pumpkin, your grandmother's bowl: the candle adapts to what you already own.
What happens if it gets knocked over? +
It goes out. The pearls only melt around the flame, so there's no pool of hot wax to spill.
